Rice man, a Promise Keeper

In the course of supporting Governor Godwin Obaseki’s re-election campaign train, Barrister Ken Imansuangbon (aka Riceman), made a vow to donate rice to the electorate in the state if they reelect the governor. The Promise Keeper that he is barely 48 hours after the INEC announced the result of the election, the Riceman was on the streets of the towns in the three senatorial districts of the state to give out the rice to the voters.
